About Fantastical Dragon Phantazmay

Fantastical Dragon Phantazmay is an Effect Monster, printed as RA02-EN013 in 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II (2024). It is a Level 7 DARK Dragon monster with 2,400 ATK and 1,800 DEF. At its Level it needs two Tributes to Normal Summon. 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II followed in 2024 with another list of tournament staples, again with every card in several rarities. Ungraded, this printing ranks 8th of the 564 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II cards we track, one of the chase cards of the set. The top card is Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon at €98.17.

Character and collecting appeal

Dragons are the most collected monster Type in Yu-Gi-Oh!, largely thanks to Blue-Eyes and Red-Eyes. Its effect centres on negating cards and effects, Special Summoning and destroying cards. It has a Quick Effect, so it can also be used during the opponent's turn. Its once-per-turn limits are typical of modern card design.

Version and identification

Check the code printed below the artwork on the right: it should read RA02-EN013. RA02-EN013 is the English printing. Other languages use their own letters in place of EN, such as DE or FR, and are priced separately. This is a misprint, priced separately from correctly printed copies. Make sure the listing photos show the error. 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II has 7 other printings of Fantastical Dragon Phantazmay: RA02-EN013 Collector's Rare (€4.44), RA02-EN013 Platinum Secret Rare (€0.61), RA02-EN013 Quarter Century Secret Rare (€4.46), RA02-EN013 Secret Rare (€0.62), RA02-EN013 Super Rare (€0.51) and RA02-EN013 Ultimate Rare (€0.51), and more. Each has its own price, so match the code, edition and rarity exactly.

Investment potential

Against it: large modern print runs, which tend to cap prices unless a card becomes iconic; thin trading, so selling quickly can mean accepting a lower price. Treat this as background, not a prediction or financial advice.

Before you buy

Expect to pay around €23.09 for a clean ungraded copy; played copies sell for less. Ask the seller to show the code RA02-EN013 clearly in the photos, as listing titles often mix up printings. Modern foils can be scratched or curled straight from the pack, so check the surface under a light if you plan to grade.
