It is a Level 7 DARK Fiend monster with 2,500 ATK and 1,600 DEF. At its Level it needs two Tributes to Normal Summon. 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II followed in 2024 with another list of tournament staples, again with every card in several rarities. Ungraded, this printing ranks 87th of the 564 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II cards we track. The top card is Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon at €98.17.

Character and collecting appeal

Fiends are one of the largest Types in the game, home to many of its darker and more unusual designs. In play, it is a card for banishing cards, Special Summoning and discarding.

Version and identification

Check the code printed below the artwork on the right: it should read RA02-EN007. RA02-EN007 is the English printing. Other languages use their own letters in place of EN, such as DE or FR, and are priced separately. It is the Quarter Century Secret Rare version. Quarter Century Secret Rares were introduced for the game's 25th anniversary. 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II has 7 other printings of Chaos Hunter: RA02-EN007 Collector's Rare (€1.34), RA02-EN007 Misprint (€23.19), RA02-EN007 Platinum Secret Rare (€0.45), RA02-EN007 Secret Rare (€0.34), RA02-EN007 Super Rare (€0.45) and RA02-EN007 Ultimate Rare (€0.45), and more. Each has its own price, so match the code, edition and rarity exactly.

The most valuable is 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II RA02-EN007 Misprint at €23.19.

Grading and population

A PSA 10 sells for 12.2× the ungraded price and 2.5× a PSA 9. That gap is small, so grading fees may outweigh the gain unless the card is for your own collection. Modern foils can leave the pack with scratches, print lines or a slight curl, so even fresh copies do not always reach a 10.

Investment potential

In its favour: a price well below its February 2025 peak, which some collectors see as room to recover; an active market (26 recent completed sales), so it is easy to sell. Against it: falling prices, down 48% in a year; large modern print runs, which tend to cap prices unless a card becomes iconic. Card prices can fall as well as rise, so this is not financial advice.

Before you buy

Expect to pay around €4.46 for a clean ungraded copy; played copies sell for less, and a PSA 9 costs about €22.07. Ask the seller to show the code RA02-EN007 and the Quarter Century Secret Rare finish clearly in the photos, as listing titles often mix up printings. Modern foils can be scratched or curled straight from the pack, so check the surface under a light if you plan to grade.
