It is a Level 4 EARTH Beast monster with 300 ATK and 100 DEF. 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II followed in 2024 with another list of tournament staples, again with every card in several rarities. Ungraded, this printing ranks 224th of the 564 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II cards we track. The top card is Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon at €98.17.
Character and collecting appeal
Beasts are one of the classic monster Types of the original series. Its text is about negating cards and effects, Special Summoning and destroying cards. Its once-per-turn limits are typical of modern card design.
Version and identification
Check the code printed below the artwork on the right: it should read RA02-EN001. RA02-EN001 is the English printing. Other languages use their own letters in place of EN, such as DE or FR, and are priced separately. It is the Collector's Rare version. Collector's Rares have a textured holographic finish over the artwork and frame. 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II has 6 other printings of Rescue Cat: RA02-EN001 Platinum Secret Rare (€0.68), RA02-EN001 Quarter Century Secret Rare (€4.46), RA02-EN001 Secret Rare (€0.36), RA02-EN001 Super Rare (€0.30), RA02-EN001 Ultimate Rare (€0.33) and RA02-EN001 Ultra Rare (€1.20). Each has its own price, so match the code, edition and rarity exactly.

Grading and population
A PSA 10 sells for 104.5× the ungraded price and 1.2× a PSA 9. That gap is big enough that grading a sharp, well-centred copy can pay for itself. Modern foils can leave the pack with scratches, print lines or a slight curl, so even fresh copies do not always reach a 10.
Investment potential
In its favour: a price well below its May 2024 peak, which some collectors see as room to recover; an active market (27 recent completed sales), so it is easy to sell. Against it: large modern print runs, which tend to cap prices unless a card becomes iconic. Card prices can fall as well as rise, so this is not financial advice.
Before you buy
Expect to pay around €1.57 for a clean ungraded copy; played copies sell for less, and a PSA 9 costs about €136.42. Ask the seller to show the code RA02-EN001 and the Collector's Rare finish clearly in the photos, as listing titles often mix up printings. Modern foils can be scratched or curled straight from the pack, so check the surface under a light if you plan to grade.
