About Psychic End Punisher

Psychic End Punisher is a Synchro Monster, summoned from the Extra Deck with a Tuner and other monsters whose Levels add up to its own, printed as RA02-EN032 in 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II (2024) as a Quarter Century Secret Rare. It is a Level 11 LIGHT Psychic monster with 3,500 ATK and 3,500 DEF. No monster in 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II has more ATK. 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II followed in 2024 with another list of tournament staples, again with every card in several rarities. Ungraded, this printing ranks 35th of the 564 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II cards we track. The top card is Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon at €98.17.

Character and collecting appeal

Psychics were added in the 5D's era and often trade Life Points for power. In play, it is a card for banishing cards.

Version and identification

Check the code printed below the artwork on the right: it should read RA02-EN032. RA02-EN032 is the English printing. Other languages use their own letters in place of EN, such as DE or FR, and are priced separately. It is the Quarter Century Secret Rare version. Quarter Century Secret Rares were introduced for the game's 25th anniversary. 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II has 6 other printings of Psychic End Punisher: RA02-EN032 Collector's Rare (€1.74), RA02-EN032 Platinum Secret Rare (€0.69), RA02-EN032 Secret Rare (€0.22), RA02-EN032 Super Rare (€0.53), RA02-EN032 Ultimate Rare (€0.53) and RA02-EN032 Ultra Rare (€1.10). Each has its own price, so match the code, edition and rarity exactly.

The cheapest is 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection II RA02-EN032 Secret Rare at €0.22.

Grading and population

A PSA 10 sells for 9.8× the ungraded price and 2.8× a PSA 9. That gap is big enough that grading a sharp, well-centred copy can pay for itself. Even pack-fresh modern cards can have surface scratches or curling foil, so a 10 is never guaranteed.

Investment potential

In its favour: steady demand, with ungraded prices up 20% in a year; an active market (28 recent completed sales), so it is easy to sell. Against it: large modern print runs, which tend to cap prices unless a card becomes iconic. Treat this as background, not a prediction or financial advice.

Before you buy

Expect to pay around €7.20 for a clean ungraded copy; played copies sell for less, and a PSA 9 costs about €25.35. Ask the seller to show the code RA02-EN032 and the Quarter Century Secret Rare finish clearly in the photos, as listing titles often mix up printings. Modern foils can be scratched or curled straight from the pack, so check the surface under a light if you plan to grade.
