About Orichalcos Sword of Sealing

Orichalcos Sword of Sealing is an Equip Spell Card, printed as MAMO-EN022 in Magnificent Monsters (2026). Magnificent Monsters is a 2026 set, and its highest rarities include some of the most valuable modern Yu-Gi-Oh! cards we track. Ungraded, this printing ranks 153rd of the 220 Magnificent Monsters cards we track. The top card is Dark Magician, the Pharaoh's Servant at €40,161.

Character and collecting appeal

Its text is about negating cards and effects, destroying cards and sending cards to the Graveyard. It has a Quick Effect, so it can also be used during the opponent's turn. Its once-per-turn limits are typical of modern card design.

Version and identification

Check the code printed below the artwork on the right: it should read MAMO-EN022. MAMO-EN022 is the English printing. Other languages use their own letters in place of EN, such as DE or FR, and are priced separately. Magnificent Monsters has 2 other printings of Orichalcos Sword of Sealing: MAMO-EN022 Secret Rare (€1.22) and MAMO-EN022 Starlight Rare (€6.67). Each has its own price, so match the code, edition and rarity exactly.

Price history

Today an ungraded copy of this printing sells for about €0.79, a PSA 9 for €7.13 and a PSA 10 for €32.48. Our monthly prices for it go back to September 2026. Its highest monthly ungraded value was €1.15 in September 2026, 31% above today. Of the 3 printings of Orichalcos Sword of Sealing we track, this one ranks 3rd by ungraded value. The most valuable is Magnificent Monsters MAMO-EN022 Starlight Rare at €6.67.

Grading and population

A PSA 10 sells for 41.1× the ungraded price and 4.6× a PSA 9. That gap is small, so grading fees may outweigh the gain unless the card is for your own collection. Even pack-fresh modern cards can have surface scratches or curling foil, so a 10 is never guaranteed.

Investment potential

In its favour: an active market (25 recent completed sales), so it is easy to sell. Against it: large modern print runs, which tend to cap prices unless a card becomes iconic. Treat this as background, not a prediction or financial advice.

Before you buy

Expect to pay around €0.79 for a clean ungraded copy; played copies sell for less, and a PSA 9 costs about €7.13. Ask the seller to show the code MAMO-EN022 clearly in the photos, as listing titles often mix up printings. Modern foils can be scratched or curled straight from the pack, so check the surface under a light if you plan to grade.
