Character and collecting appeal
Its text is about banishing cards and drawing cards. Its once-per-turn limits are typical of modern card design.
Version and identification
Check the code printed below the artwork on the right: it should read RA03-EN074. RA03-EN074 is the English printing. Other languages use their own letters in place of EN, such as DE or FR, and are priced separately. It is the Platinum Secret Rare version. Platinum Secret Rares are a newer Secret Rare variant with a platinum-coloured finish. Quarter Century Bonanza has 6 other printings of WANTED: Seeker of Sinful Spoils: RA03-EN074 Collector's Rare (€7.58), RA03-EN074 Quarter Century Secret Rare (€8.45), RA03-EN074 Secret Rare (€8.92), RA03-EN074 Super Rare (€8.01), RA03-EN074 Ultimate Rare (€7.92) and RA03-EN074 Ultra Rare (€8.08). Each has its own price, so match the code, edition and rarity exactly.

Grading and population
A PSA 10 sells for 8.6× the ungraded price and 1.7× a PSA 9. That gap is big enough that grading a sharp, well-centred copy can pay for itself. Modern foils can leave the pack with scratches, print lines or a slight curl, so even fresh copies do not always reach a 10.
Investment potential
In its favour: steady demand, with ungraded prices up 109% in a year; an active market (25 recent completed sales), so it is easy to sell. Against it: large modern print runs, which tend to cap prices unless a card becomes iconic. Card prices can fall as well as rise, so this is not financial advice.
Before you buy
Expect to pay around €9.64 for a clean ungraded copy; played copies sell for less, and a PSA 9 costs about €47.91. Ask the seller to show the code RA03-EN074 and the Platinum Secret Rare finish clearly in the photos, as listing titles often mix up printings. Modern foils can be scratched or curled straight from the pack, so check the surface under a light if you plan to grade.
