Cyberse monsters come from the VRAINS era and are closely tied to Link Summoning. Its effect centres on Special Summoning. Its once-per-turn limits are typical of modern card design.

Version and identification

Super Rares have holographic artwork and a plain name. 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection has 6 other printings of Code Talker Inverted: RA01-EN045 Collector's Rare (€1.07), RA01-EN045 Platinum Secret Rare (€0.22), RA01-EN045 Quarter Century Secret Rare (€0.89), RA01-EN045 Secret Rare (€0.22), RA01-EN045 Ultimate Rare (€1.33) and RA01-EN045 Ultra Rare (€1.00). Investment potential

In its favour: steady demand, with ungraded prices up 21% in a year. Against it: large modern print runs, which tend to cap prices unless a card becomes iconic. Card prices can fall as well as rise, so this is not financial advice.

Before you buy

Expect to pay around €1.33 for a clean ungraded copy; played copies sell for less. Ask the seller to show the code RA01-EN045 and the Super Rare finish clearly in the photos, as listing titles often mix up printings. Modern foils can be scratched or curled straight from the pack, so check the surface under a light if you plan to grade.
