Lost Origin Booster Bundle guide
What's inside the Lost Origin Booster Bundle
The Lost Origin Booster Bundle bundles 6 booster packs of Lost Origin together, without the extras of an Elite Trainer Box.
About Lost Origin
Built around the Lost Zone, with the alternate art Giratina V as its chase card. Released on 9 September 2022, it belongs to the Sword & Shield era, when the collecting boom pushed print runs to record levels. Shops have mostly moved on to newer sets, so sealed stock now comes mainly from resellers.
Lost Origin has 196 cards in its main numbering, plus 21 secret rares numbered beyond it, and a 30-card Lost Origin Trainer Gallery subset.
Chase cards to look for
The Lost Origin cards collectors most want to pull are Giratina V and Giratina VSTAR. 6 packs gives a few chances at them for less than a larger box.
Our catalogue lists the set's rarest tiers as 23 Secret Rares, 3 Radiant Rares and 42 Ultra Rares. See every Lost Origin card price for what each is worth.
Lost Origin Booster Bundle price today
Right now the cheapest Lost Origin Booster Bundle on eBay costs €174.90 including delivery to Germany, and the typical asking price across 17 listings is €225.20 (ebay.de from €174.90, ebay.co.uk from €210.89, ebay.com from €178.03).
Asking prices are what sellers hope to get, not what booster bundles actually sell for, so treat the cheapest listing as the benchmark for a fair deal.
Price per pack
At the typical price, each of the 6 packs in a Lost Origin Booster Bundle works out at €37.53, compared with €23.41 in a Lost Origin Booster Box, €30.85 in a Lost Origin Elite Trainer Box and €42.26 in a Lost Origin Booster Pack. That makes it mid-priced among Lost Origin sealed products.
Lost Origin Booster Bundle as an investment
Lost Origin is out of its main print run, the stage where sealed prices often start to move, but modern sets are printed in large numbers and can be reprinted. Bundles are newer and less collected than boxes or ETBs, so they are mostly bought to open. Much of its sealed value rests on demand for Giratina V and Giratina VSTAR: if those cards rise, unopened product usually follows.
Past prices do not guarantee future ones, and this is not financial advice. Read should you buy sealed Pokémon products? for the pros and cons.
Before you buy
Check the shrink wrap: factory wrap on booster bundles has neat seams, often with Pokémon logos printed on it, and loose or glossy wrap can mean a resealed product. At €225.20 it is worth asking for photos of every side and buying from sellers with a long, positive history, since resealed and weighed product is common. Some bundles are sold as loose packs in a bag, so check the photos show the factory-wrapped bundle. Check whether delivery from ebay.de adds import fees, and store sealed product flat, out of sunlight and away from damp.
